Course Length: 4-6 Weeks
During your CNA classes, you learn all of the 25 essential skills required of any health aide, and will spend at least 75 hours in training. This training is going to be divided into a minimum of 51 hours of classes, and 24 hours of clinical training (usually “on the job” learning). You must also have a criminal background check, and pass the Competency Exam sanctioned by the state. After that, you can work as a CNA in any part of Texas.
